It is a lifestyle asset offering an investment return and a luxury vacation home to enjoy-without all the hassles, costs and complexity of island home ownership.
These luxury ocean front properties have historically maintained value in distressed periods, and consistently appreciated in value over time, while providing investors an opportunity to diversify holdings into an asset class that is not correlated with equities or fixed income investments.
Each Bahamian property is held in a Single Purpose Entity, a U.S. Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) and is funded with 100% equity capital. The investors capital is 100% secured by the property and there is no long term debt permitted in the LLC. A cash out option exit strategy is available to investors beginning in year 6. SCCP is responsible for all aspects of maintaining properties to a high standard, operating, financial reporting and marketing the property. Once the property is built or renovated to SCCP standards the property is then promoted as one of our luxury vacation properties under the Staniel Cay Villas umbrella. Guests can book directly thru our branded website www.stanielcayvillas.com, or thru online travel websites like VRBO, Airbnb, and others.

Staniel Cay is the crown jewel of the Bahamas, centrally located 75 miles south east of Nassua in the southern Exuma chain of 365 islands.It is surrounded by shallow, crystal-clear azure waters in a tropical paradise.
The Island is approximately 1.5 miles long and 1/2 half mile wide and is considered one of the “out islands” or “family islands” of the Bahamas. Staniel Cay is very popular with the yachting community and wealthy individuals due to its gorgeous water and remote location.
