Each Bahamian property is held in a Single Purpose Entity, a U.S. Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) and is funded with 100% equity capital. The investors capital is 100% secured by the property and there  is no long term debt permitted in the LLC. A cash out option exit strategy is available to investors beginning in year 6. SCCP is responsible for all aspects of maintaining properties to a high standard, operating, financial reporting and marketing the property. Once the property is built or renovated to SCCP standards the property is then promoted as one of our luxury vacation properties under the Staniel Cay Villas umbrella.
